Service terms
1. Provider and customers
RSites GmbH, Am Herrnberg 5, 93158 Teublitz, Germany, provides BlitzFrames. The service is available only to businesses acting in a commercial or independent professional capacity within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code, and you must be authorized to contract for your business. We do not provide the service to persons or entities subject to EU, German or UN sanctions or embargoes, and may suspend or end access where sanctions law requires.
2. Rendering service
BlitzFrames renders compatible Remotion Lambda jobs on our servers and returns the result to your own Lambda workflow. You need your own supported AWS and Remotion setup and any required licences; those services are billed separately by their providers. Features and compatibility are as described in the integration instructions.
Access is delivered digitally as a private access value, shown on your account page once your subscription is active or in the command line when a free trial starts. Keep it confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Free trial
One free trial is available per email address. It starts in the npx blitzframes command line with a verified email address, needs no payment method and costs nothing. By starting a trial you accept these terms and confirm that you act for a business as described in section 1.
A trial covers 500,000 frames, counted as described in section 4, and ends when they are used up; renders then continue on your own AWS setup. No availability level applies to a trial, and we may end a trial at any time, in particular where it is misused. Sections 5 to 10 also apply to trials.
4. Subscription and price
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled and has no fixed fee. Usage costs US$0.00001 per rendered frame, excluding applicable taxes, billed monthly. RSites GmbH is the seller and issues the invoices; Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland, collects payment on our behalf from your stored payment method. VAT is applied according to your location and VAT status as shown at checkout; business customers in other EU member states with a valid VAT identification number are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
Each render is billed once, for the frames it is set up to render, and only when it completes. A render that fails or is cancelled, whatever the cause, is not billed, and retries are not billed again. The price is the same for every resolution, frame rate and composition. Your own AWS costs still apply.
The price assumes typical rendering effort. If your renders in a calendar month need on average more than three times the server time per frame of all customers, we may offer you a custom rate; until one is agreed the standard price applies, and if none is agreed either party may terminate under section 7.
5. Customer content and acceptable use
You keep your rights to the content you submit and grant RSites GmbH the rights needed to fetch, cache and process it for the purposes described in this section. You must have the necessary rights for your content and must not submit unlawful content.
Compositions are processed as code. We render, cache and analyse them, including their structure and contents, to provide the service, to give you insights into your own renders, to secure the service, and to improve its rendering performance and compatibility, and keep them and their assets for as long as needed for these purposes, without a fixed deletion period. We use input properties to perform and cache your renders and to give you insights into your own renders. Input properties are deleted 30 days after their last use, and render records and logs 30 days after the render; we use them to troubleshoot and reproduce problems. Pass personal data only through input properties, never embed it in compositions, and do not submit special categories of personal data or data about criminal convictions unless agreed in writing. Where content contains personal data, we process it on your behalf and on your instructions; a data processing agreement is available on request. The privacy policy has the details.
Use the service only to render your own Remotion compositions through your own Remotion Lambda deployment. Do not bypass or modify the BlitzFrames integration or its usage reporting, call our servers directly, share or resell your access value, start multiple trials for one business, use our servers for anything other than rendering, test our security without written permission, or submit compositions intended to disrupt the service or attack other systems. We may use the records described above to detect misuse.
You will indemnify RSites GmbH against third-party claims arising from your content or from your breach of these terms.
6. Availability and support
We aim to render reliably and handle busy or unavailable servers within our fleet, but a render that cannot complete within its time limit fails. Completion times and availability levels apply only if agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then the service keeps accepting your renders, and you may withdraw the cancellation in the billing portal. Usage up to the end of the period is billed on the regular invoice for that period. We may terminate with 30 days’ notice by email, effective at the end of a calendar month. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for billing circumvention, unlawful content or attacks on systems; for other serious breaches we may terminate after notice by email. 8. Liability
RSites GmbH is liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under product liability law. Otherwise RSites GmbH is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Further liability is excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect. You may cancel before then; if you continue using the service afterwards, the changed terms apply.
10. Applicable law
German law applies, subject to mandatory provisions. The courts at the registered seat of RSites GmbH have jurisdiction. Individually agreed written terms take precedence.
