Service terms
1. Provider and customers
RSites GmbH, Am Herrnberg 5, 93158 Teublitz, Germany, provides BlitzFrames. The service is available exclusively to businesses acting in a commercial or independent professional capacity, as defined by section 14 of the German Civil Code. You must be authorized to enter the contract for your business.
2. Rendering service
BlitzFrames processes compatible Remotion renderer jobs on remote servers and returns the resulting response stream to your Lambda workflow. You need your own supported AWS and Remotion setup and any required licences. Those services, storage and data transfer are billed separately by their providers. Features and compatibility are as described in the integration instructions supplied for your setup.
Service access is delivered digitally as a private configuration value on your account page after checkout completes and the subscription is active. Keep the value confidential. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. There is no physical delivery.
3. Subscription and price
The subscription renews monthly until canceled. There is no fixed monthly platform fee. Usage costs US$0.00002 per renderer second, measured in milliseconds, excluding applicable taxes. The unit rate is in USD and usage is billed monthly. Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments, with Link as merchant of record; checkout shows the billing currency and applicable taxes. RSites GmbH provides the rendering service. Stripe collects a payment method at checkout. Invoice totals are rounded to the currency’s precision.
A renderer attempt is measured from invocation until the response stream finishes as observed by the relay. This is elapsed time, including waiting and streaming, rather than CPU time or video duration. Each remote attempt counts, including retries and failures. Parallel attempt durations are added together. Attempts that fall back to AWS are excluded from BlitzFrames usage; your AWS costs still apply.
4. Customer content
You retain your rights to submitted content. You grant RSites the rights needed to fetch, cache and process that content to provide the requested render. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for your inputs and must not submit unlawful content or use the service to attack systems or infringe others’ rights.
Where rendering involves personal data that RSites would process on your behalf, contact us to put an appropriate data processing agreement in place before submitting it. Do not include unnecessary personal data or secrets in rendered content.
5. Errors and support
Connection failures before the remote response stream begins can fall back to your stock AWS renderer, as described on the product page. Errors during a stream follow the integration’s error handling. Specific completion times or availability levels apply only if separately agreed in writing.
For access problems, rendering errors or billing questions, contact [email protected] with your invoice or render reference. Statutory rights concerning defective services remain unaffected.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel renewal through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. Accrued usage remains payable. You can stop submitting jobs at any time. See the cancellation and refund policy for billing corrections and refunds.
7. Applicable law
German law applies, subject to mandatory applicable provisions. Individually agreed written terms take precedence where they address the same matter. These terms do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.
